The role involves supporting the project team in commercial project management tasks, including data maintenance, documentation, and project control.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

maintenance of project-related data in commercial IT systems
creation of internal orders
project-related document filing and documentation
preparation of internal approvals and performance agreements
application for construction facilities (AiB)
analyses for project control
development of improvement proposals
support for the project team
taking over smaller internal projects

Anforderungen:

successfully completed degree, e.g., in business administration or industrial engineering
comparable education with several years of professional experience
ideally first professional experience in commercial project management and/or (project) controlling of an (infrastructure) project
engaged and independent way of working
proactive
high level of assertiveness
high level of teamwork and communication skills
very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
ideally knowledge of SAP, project control systems (e.g., iTWO) and data management systems (e.g., DOXIS)
