Jobbeschreibung:

Responsible for managing infrastructure projects within the UBB Usedomer Bäderbahn GmbH, focusing on construction and railway development. Includes tasks ranging from feasibility studies to site supervision, ensuring quality, timeliness, and economic performance.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Responsibility for the realization of larger and smaller infrastructure construction projects
managing projects from preliminary planning to completion while ensuring deadlines, costs, and quality requirements are met
monitoring key success factors and risks, and developing countermeasures if necessary
coordinating all project participants such as authorities, contractors, and other internal and external parties
preparing feasibility studies, cost estimates, and service specifications
ensuring the economic and proper use of funds in accordance with financing regulations
managing contracts with project participants from technical and economic perspectives
conducting site visits to monitor construction progress

Anforderungen:

Successfully completed technical studies as a civil engineer, industrial engineer (construction), transport engineer or comparable course of study
also possible for mechanical engineers or geotechnicians with knowledge in construction or railway engineering
either a career entrant or first professional experience in project management or infrastructure planning
experience with construction companies or the willingness to develop in this role
passion for railway infrastructure projects
ability to handle pressure and make responsible decisions under time constraints
willingness for continuous development
