The job involves working as a junior construction supervisor in electrical engineering or communications engineering for DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH, contributing to large-scale projects like the Stuttgart-Ulm railway project or the Karlsruhe-Basel new and upgraded line.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

ensuring the realization of construction projects
participation in large-scale projects
monitoring contract-compliant performance of construction companies
coordination between internal and external construction stakeholders
maintaining an overview on the construction site
ensuring plant and operational safety
documentation and reporting on construction progress, deviations and incidents
ensuring safe and smooth railway operations during construction measures
responsible for approvals of construction accounts and claims reviews
supporting the acceptance of construction work

Anforderungen:

successfully completed technical college/university degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering or a comparable degree with a specialization in electrical engineering
willingness to undergo functional training as a construction supervisor for railways
initial experience in claims management, VOB, HOAI and applicable legal regulations
enjoyment of working on construction sites and maintaining a construction diary in the office
unrestricted health suitability
valid class B driver's license
good communication skills and willingness to take responsibility
