• Coordinate contractors and construction participants on site according to type, time and place of service provision
• Participate in the creation of performance specifications
• Control and document the construction process
• Approve invoices and additional claim checks
• Monitor the quality and schedule of work of commissioned contractors
• Ensure legally compliant disposal of demolition materials according to the waste disposal concept
• Monitor plant and operational safety on site
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety and accident protection in the construction field
• Use existing digital tools
• Work 20% from the office and 80% on the construction site

• Successfully completed university of applied sciences/university degree in electrical engineering, power engineering, automation engineering, communication engineering, telecommunications engineering or comparable field of study
• Alternatively, state-certified or recognized technician or certified industrial foreman in electrical engineering with completed functional training as a specialist construction supervisor or willingness to acquire it
• Functional training of approx. 2 to 2.5 years to become a construction supervisor electrical engineering
• Acquisition of a switching authorization for 50 Hz / 16.7 Hz switching or DC systems
• Training as a railway earthing authorized person
• Trainings on safety monitoring, railway operations and electrical engineering
• Experience in the topics of additional claim management/calculation, VOB, HOAI and applicable legal regulations
• Authentic and down-to-earth communication style
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and confidently assert one's point of view
• Class B driver's license

Experience in the topics of additional claim management/calculation, VOB, HOAI and applicable legal regulations is a plus for the qualification path
