Als IT Technician (all genders) stellst du allen Mitarbeitenden kompetenten IT-Service bereit und sorgst dafür, dass unsere IT-Infrastruktur reibungslos funktioniert. Mit deiner einschlägigen IT-Erfahrung führst du Fehlerbehebungen durch und implementierst souverän technische Lösungen. Dabei bist du Teil eines internationalen Teams von über 100 Personen an 9 Standorten und arbeitest eng mit den Infrastruktur-Teams zusammen.

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Als Ansprechpartner im 1st und 2nd Level Support die Netzwerkstruktur an allen Arbeitsplätzen (Windows) sowie Produktionsplätzen (Linux/Windows) im Blick haben und den IT-Service für alle Mitarbeitenden sicherstellen
  • Eigenständig Fehlerbehebungen im Desktop-, Drucker- und Mobilbereich durchführen
  • Arbeitsplätze sowie deren Infrastruktur aufbauen bzw. umbauen
  • Technische Lösungen auf Basis unserer etablierten Support-Prinzipien entwickeln und implementieren
  • Netzwerkinfrastrukturen (Hardware, TCP/IP, Router, WIFI) überwachen
  • Fehler im WLAN und LAN unter Nutzung einschlägiger Netzwerkprotokolle analysieren

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z.B. Systemadministration, Netzwerkadministration, Fachinformatik oder IT-Administration)
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im 1st und 2nd Level Support
  • Grundlegende Netzwerkkenntnisse zu TCP/IP, VLAN, Ethernet und WIFI
  • Kommunikationsstärke
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zu Schichtdienst (Frühschicht 05:55 - 14:45 Uhr, Spätschicht 15:00 - 23:35 Uhr)
