Jobbeschreibung:

IT Support Specialist role at TRANSA Spedition GmbH, a DB Cargo subsidiary specializing in full-load transport on road and rail throughout Germany and Europe. The position involves providing IT support and maintaining IT infrastructure in the logistics industry.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Error analysis and troubleshooting (1st and 2nd level support)
Ensuring support for applications in our IT structure
Creation of user documentation
Management of incident management system
User and rights management in Active Directory
Monitoring of infrastructure systems
Support with projects

Anforderungen:

Completed vocational/university degree as business IT specialist, IT specialist in system integration, or computer science degree
Alternatively, at least 3 years of experience in a comparable role
Knowledge in MS Windows Server 2019 and higher, Active Directory, and print services
Experience with operating virtual servers (especially terminal servers)
Good knowledge of MS Office 365
Fluent language skills in English and German (spoken and written)
Independent, careful, and results-oriented working style
