Im ITSM-Bereich gestalten und steuern wir die gesamte IT-Service-Landschaft. Unser Ziel ist es, durch standardisierte und transparente Prozesse eine hohe Servicequalität und Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen. Wir setzen auf kontinuierliche Verbesserung, Automatisierung und klare Verantwortlichkeiten in den Bereichen Incident-, Problem-, Change- und Service Request Management. Die Zusammenarbeit mit anderen IT- und Fachbereichen sowie die Orientierung an Best Practices wie ITIL sind für uns selbstverständlich.

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Verantwortung für Service-Portfolio-Management und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der IT-Services
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines transparenten Service-Katalogs mit passgenauen SLAs
  • Steuerung und Optimierung zentraler ITSM-Prozesse wie Incident, Problem, Change und Service Request
  • Koordination von Schnittstellen zu Produktteams und anderen IT-Bereichen und Beratung interner Stakeholder
  • Analyse der Servicequalität, Erstellung von Reports und Ableitung gezielter Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Begleitung der Einführung neuer IT-Services und Verantwortung für deren Lifecycle-Management
  • Förderung von Automatisierung und Digitalisierung im Service Management

Anforderungen

  • IT-Ausbildung, Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation abgeschlossen
  • fundierte Erfahrung im IT-Service- und Prozessmanagement – idealerweise nach ITIL
  • Vertrautheit mit modernen IT-Infrastrukturen und Cloud-Technologien
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

Erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit ServiceNow oder vergleichbaren ITSM-Tools
