Im IT Service Management-Bereich gestalten und steuern wir die gesamte IT-Service-Landschaft. Unser Ziel ist es, durch standardisierte und transparente Prozesse eine hohe Servicequalität und Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen. Wir setzen auf kontinuierliche Verbesserung, Automatisierung und klare Verantwortlichkeiten in den Bereichen Incident-, Problem-, Change- und Service Request Management. Die Zusammenarbeit mit anderen IT- und Fachbereichen sowie die Orientierung an Best Practices wie ITIL sind für uns selbstverständlich.

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Du übernimmst die End‑to‑End‑Verantwortung für die ITSM‑Prozesse Change und Problem Management und entwickelst diese strategisch weiter
  • Du stellst stabile, effiziente und ITIL‑konforme Prozessabläufe inklusive Major‑Incident‑Handling sicher
  • Du analysierst Störungen und Trends und leitest nachhaltige Maßnahmen zur Service‑Stabilisierung ab
  • Du gewährleistest die Einhaltung von SLAs, KPIs und Qualitätsstandards über alle Teams hinweg
  • Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen, Service Ownern, Betriebseinheiten und IT-Bereichen
  • Du koordinierst kritische Incidents, Reviews sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Du treibst Transparenz durch Reporting sowie die Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Standards und Automatisierungen voran
  • Du begleitest neue Services mit Fokus auf Prozessintegration und Betriebsfähigkeit

Anforderungen

  • IT-Ausbildung, ein Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • fundierte Erfahrung im IT-Service- und Prozessmanagement – idealerweise nach ITIL
  • Moderne IT-Infrastrukturen und Cloud-Technologien sind vertraut
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

Wünschenswert

Erfahrung im Umgang mit ServiceNow oder vergleichbaren ITSM-Tools
