Investment Manager

• Identify and evaluate seed and early-stage companies and founders
• Build a network with startups, co-investors, and experts
• Conduct due diligence and analyze relevant KPIs, data, markets, and competitors
• Observe and analyze international markets and business models
• Develop concrete investment offers
• Negotiate contracts independently and in coordination with management
• Research complex topics and present them to the management team

• Very good degree in a scientific university study
• 1-2 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or private equity/venture capital
• Quick comprehension and strong teamwork skills
• Affinity for biotech, deep tech, or health topics
• Technical understanding and feel for digitalization and technology trends
• Willingness to travel within Germany to our locations
