The job involves ensuring the visual identity of IKEA is implemented in all areas of the furniture store, leading four teams, and supporting the development and implementation of the business plan. The role requires a passion for living and furnishing, extensive experience with layout, store and graphic design, and strong leadership skills.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Ensure the visual identity of IKEA is implemented in all areas of the furniture store
Lead four teams: Interior Design, Visual Merchandising & Activity, Graphic Communication, and Craft
Ensure optimal layout of the furniture store
Support the development and implementation of the business plan
Act as an ambassador of IKEA values
Recruit new team members

Anforderungen:

Design and/or interior architecture have shaped your studies or training and your previous work
Passion for living and furnishing
Extensive experience with layout, store and graphic design
Several years of experience as a manager
Ability to create a trusting and creative working environment
Ability to coach, motivate and promote a team of managers
Analytical, strategic and planning skills
Strong communication and training skills
Ability to build strategic relationships
Fluent in German and English
