Jobbeschreibung:

The job involves maintenance, inspection, repair, and troubleshooting of portal cranes, with responsibilities including identifying weak points, rectifying faults, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role also includes commissioning and decommissioning plant components and contributing to improvements and optimizations.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

maintenance, inspection, repair, and troubleshooting of portal cranes
identification of weak points and rectification of faults
carrying out inspection work and repairs following fault diagnosis of mechanical or electrical faults
documentation of work carried out
commissioning and decommissioning of plant components, retrofitting, conversion, modernization, and expansion
involvement in realizing improvements (developing plant optimizations, replacing technically outdated assemblies, solution approaches for machine and plant improvements)
compliance with safety regulations and maintenance of the associated data recording system

Anforderungen:

successfully completed technical training (e.g., as an electronics technician for operational technology, mechatronics technician, machine fitter, or operational fitter with electrical knowledge)
ideally, initial professional experience in maintenance
knowledge of PLC controls, hydraulics, and pneumatics
experience in industrial electronics, control and drive technology, as well as PLC or frequency converters
height suitability, resilience, communication and decision-making skills, willingness to work, and teamwork
valid Class B driver's license
willingness to obtain forklift and crane licenses
willingness to travel and take on on-call duties on weekends
