Jobbeschreibung:

Internship/working student position in innovation management for DB Fernverkehr AG in Frankfurt am Main for 6 months duration, starting immediately. Focus on improving the travel experience for guests and the work of train personnel through digital innovations.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Support team in all topics and process steps in innovation management
from scouting innovative topics to practical testing of ideas
Independently take on tasks and drive innovation topics forward in the organization
Actively participate in exchanges with other business areas of DB
Work with data and develop exciting use cases around the train product
Work with innovative hardware, digital services and processes
Visit startups, trade fairs or innovation events

Anforderungen:

Studying Innovationsmanagement, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen or comparable study program with focus on Innovationsmanagement
Interest in new topics and first experiences in innovation management and digitalization
High motivation, self-reliance, quick comprehension and structured work approach
Conceptual and analytical skills
Enjoy working with data and finding ways to make processes more efficient
Strong communication skills and independent work style
Proficiency in MS Office and experience creating PowerPoint presentations
Interest in programming tools
Project management knowledge from studies, internships or project work
