• represent the client interests of DB InfraGO AG in construction projects throughout NRW
• take over project management for in-house projects - from initiation to acceptance (HOAI service phases 1-8)
• implement exciting construction projects such as new buildings, conversions or repairs of traffic stations
• ensure quality, budget and timely planning and implementation of construction measures in compliance with legal requirements
• take on the client function in your own area of responsibility for joint projects of the track and passenger stations business areas

• successfully completed degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture or similar
• solid professional experience in project management, ideally in the planning and implementation phases of construction projects
• good knowledge in the areas of VOB, VOL, HOAI as well as in the applicable legal regulations
• independent action, forward-looking thinking and the desire for further development
• high degree of flexibility and resilience
• confident in dealing with all project participants (Federal Railway Authority, municipalities, etc.)
• pronounced team, quality, cost and deadline awareness
