The DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH is the complete service provider for the railway infrastructure of Deutsche Bahn. We plan and build all facilities of the railway infrastructure and maintain them. With our trades track construction, technical systems, structural engineering and the coordination of large projects, we are in use at over 40 locations nationwide. In addition, we design the railway infrastructure in an environmentally friendly and modern way with our innovations. Verantwortlichkeiten:

Independent and responsible management of construction projects of medium complexity in accordance with the qualitative and quantitative requirements of the customers as well as the group specifications and legal requirements
Responsibility for the timely and quality-compliant implementation of construction measures and ensuring the optimal use of personnel and resources
Coordination, monitoring and acceptance of subcontractor services and participation in additional offers and their negotiation
Responsibility for the creation and maintenance of construction-related documents and the implementation of a performance, deadline and quality-compliant construction reporting system
Compliance with the assigned contractor obligations with regard to occupational safety and environmental protection

Anforderungen:

Successful completion of training as an electrical engineering master or technician with several years of relevant professional experience or a completed technical / university degree and are an electrical engineer, transport scientist with a specialization in electrical engineering or comparable
Solid knowledge of applicable regulations, guidelines and general / legal rules, in particular VOB, VOL, HOAI
Proficient in the use of MS Office - ideally very familiar with MS Project
High level of initiative, willingness to perform and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
Possession of a valid class B driving license
