Jobbeschreibung:

The job involves ensuring optimal cooperation with authorities, service providers, and internal partners, maintaining Heft- and Buchbauwerke and associated sewer systems, evaluating inspection results, and supporting regional departments in maintenance strategies.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Ensure optimal cooperation with authorities, service providers and internal partners
Ensure inspection services and implementation of operational maintenance measures
Take responsibility for Heft- and Buchbauwerke and associated sewer systems
Evaluate inspection results and develop proposals for measures
Support regional departments in maintenance strategy and coordination with authorities
Create inspection concepts and monitor assigned systems

Anforderungen:

Bauingenieur, Architekt or comparable degree
Experience in Constructive Civil Engineering or maintenance of civil engineering structures
Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines, HOAI, VOB and VOL
Ability to work in a team, organized, independent, goal-oriented and flexible
