Job Description for IKEA Food Admin position in Wien, Austria, involving administrative tasks, collaboration with branches, and ensuring efficient Food Admin processes.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Work closely with three branches in the Greater Vienna Area (Vösendorf, Wien Nord, and Wien Westbahnhof) and other stakeholders to ensure a lively capacity plan and an effective, qualitative, and efficient Food Admin process (especially in KPI evaluation, billing, and orders)
Contribute to the IKEA FOOD business plan with a focus on administrative tasks
Proactively identify potential in operational processes
Support the IKEA Food Manager and the IKEA Food Commercial Manager in setting goals and planning Commercial Activities
Assist in sales forecasts, profit and loss planning
Optimize the use of local systems and ensure compliance with global and national standards
Be jointly responsible with the IKEA Food Manager for the monthly closing and inventory

Anforderungen:

Flexibility between IKEA Wien Westbahnhof, IKEA Wien Nord, and IKEA Vösendorf
Experience in administration and data maintenance
Understanding of IT processes
Passion for people and excellent service
Reliable and accurate work style
Proficiency with PCs and quick adaptation to new systems
Ambassador for IKEA culture and values
English language skills
