HR Business Partner

• Participation in all aspects of operational HR work from entry to exit of employees
• Support in advising managers and supervising trainees and student interns
• Processing of labor, collective bargaining and individual rights measures such as hiring and transfers
• Administrative maintenance of personnel information systems and preparation of employee representation documents
• Participation in ongoing HR projects and conceptual/organizational preparation of events and workshops (e.g., onboarding, junior staff events)
• Opportunity to learn about other HR areas such as personnel controlling and personnel development
• Support in the recruiting process, e.g., communication with applicants and scheduling

• Bachelor or Master studies in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economic Psychology, Business Law, Pedagogy or comparable degree program with focus on Human Resources
• First practical experience in HR area
• Interest in HR topics
• High level of communication skills, team spirit, motivation, initiative and quick comprehension
• Independent, structured way of working with accuracy and reliability
• Discreet and sensitive handling of confidential information
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Negotiation-level German language skills
