At Ruby, we are a fast-growing hospitality group with existing hotels and workspaces in Europe's most exciting locations and many more projects under construction. We are creating a contemporary and affordable form of luxury with our Lean Luxury philosophy. We are looking for personalities who help us design hotels and workspaces with heart and soul.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • First point of contact for guests, ensuring they feel at home from the first moment to the last drink
  • Support guests with the self-check-in process and take on other reception tasks
  • Prepare cocktails, other drinks, and tasty snacks with a few skilled moves and ensure smooth service
  • Lovingly take care of the breakfast buffet in the morning and enchant guests with barista skills
  • Help with goods receipt, inspection, and storage, paying attention to the correct mise-en-place according to specified setups and standards
  • Share insider tips for the best city hotspots with guests

Anforderungen:

  • Flexible and willing to work in shift work
  • Reliability, multitasking, and willingness to learn are strengths
  • Empathetic with others and enjoy transferring enthusiasm
  • Have humor, enjoy teamwork, and enjoy contact with guests
  • Speak fluent German and English
  • Ideally have previous experience in gastronomy or hospitality
