Head of Talent Management position at Sopra Steria, a leading European management and technology consulting company. The role involves leading the Talent Management department with teams in Recruiting, Employer Branding and Learning & Development, developing talent strategies, managing HR processes, and working in an international environment.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Leadership and management of the Talent Management area with Recruiting, Employer Branding and Learning & Development teams (approx. 15 employees)
Continuously develop the Talent Management strategy and ensure modern processes within the given system landscape
Identify and assess competency requirements in close cooperation with internal stakeholders - derive targeted measures for recruiting, retention and development of employees
Manage recruiting and personnel development processes using success-relevant KPIs
Budget planning and monitoring together with team leads Recruiting and Learning & Development
Coordinate German Employer Branding activities in coordination with the marketing team and considering corporate guidelines
International cooperation with corresponding corporate departments
Occasional travel activities at home and abroad

Anforderungen:

Successfully completed university degree - ideally with focus on Human Resources, (Business) Psychology or Marketing
Several years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding
Previous disciplinary leadership experience in HR environment
Solid knowledge of labor law and works constitution law - especially in the context of recruiting processes
Entrepreneurial mindset and networked view of HR topics
Conceptual strength and high implementation orientation
Proactive, creative and solution-oriented way of working
Confident appearance with pronounced social skills and communication skills
Very good German (min. C1 level) - and good English skills
