Program starts on September 1, 2026, with career progression opportunities into leadership positions at IKEA.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Learn all areas of an IKEA store
Develop professional knowledge in sales, logistics, or customer service
Build leadership and management competencies
Participate in internal training programs
Prepare for future leadership role

Anforderungen:

Abitur or Fachhochschulreife
Motivation and interest in leadership tasks
Strong numerical understanding and analytical skills
Good communication and service orientation
Proactive attitude and team collaboration skills
