Jobbeschreibung:

33-month apprenticeship program combining theory and practice at IKEA. Participants learn all areas of an IKEA furniture store and complete three IHK qualifications: Kaufmann im Einzelhandel, Ausbildereignungsschein, and Handelsfachwirt. The program includes two specialization phases and prepares participants for leadership roles at IKEA.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Learn all areas of an IKEA store
Develop professional knowledge in sales, logistics, or customer service
Build leadership and management competencies
Complete three IHK qualifications
Prepare for future leadership role at IKEA

Anforderungen:

Abitur or Fachhochschulreife
Motivation and interest in leadership tasks
Strong numerical understanding and analytical skills
Communication and service orientation skills
Proactive attitude and team collaboration skills
