Learn all areas of an IKEA furniture store and earn 3 IHK qualifications: Kaufmann im Einzelhandel, Ausbildereignungsschein and Handelsfachwirt. After successful completion, best chances for entry as a successful manager at IKEA.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Learn all areas of an IKEA store
Develop professional knowledge in sales, logistics or customer service
Build leadership and management competencies
Participate in internal training for future leadership role
Learn to lead and motivate teams
Achieve goals in a solution-oriented, organized and cost-conscious manner

Anforderungen:

Abitur or Fachhochschulreife
Motivation and interest in leadership tasks
Strong numerical understanding and analytical skills
Communication and service orientation skills
Proactive attitude and team collaboration skills
