Dann werde Teil unseres Teams als Guest Experience Manager (m/w/d) in einer Jobsharing-Rolle für 24 Stunden die Woche! Gemeinsam mit einer erfahrenen Guest Experience Managerin möchtest du etwas bewegen? Diese Position bietet dir die Möglichkeit, Teil eines engagierten Teams zu sein, neue Maßstäbe im Kundenservice zu setzen – und das alles in einem flexiblen Jobsharing-Modell.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Sicherstellung eines konstant hohen Service-Niveaus im gesamten Center
  • Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung des Guest Services Teams
  • Verantwortung für Rekrutierung, Schulungen und Performance-Management
  • Umsetzung von Strategien zur Steigerung der Gästezufriedenheit und Umsätze (z. B. Geschenkkarten, Zusatzservices)
  • Operative Abläufe und Prozesse verbessern
  • Mitarbeit bei der Analyse und Optimierung von KPIs im Bereich Guest Experience
  • Abteilungsübergreifend im Team gemeinsam zusammenarbeiten

Anforderungen:

  • Erfahrungen Kenntnisse in der Führung Teams (z. B. Hotellerie, Airlines, Einzelhandel)
  • Leidenschaft für erstklassigen Gästeservice, teilweise auch an Samstagen
  • Organisationstalent, Kommunikationsstärke und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
