As a Growth Intern, you play a crucial role in scaling our company divisions Photovoltaik, Wärmepumpe and the new Verticals by building up and expanding individual Growth channels. Learn from the best at one of Europe's most successful scale-ups. As part of the Growth Team, you will not only learn a lot about Enpal and the energy sector, but you will also have the opportunity to join a first-class team (consisting of founders, venture builders, and former consultants).

Verantwortlichkeiten

Data Analysis & Insights: Collect and interpret data for strategic and operational recommendations for individual channels and initiatives
Growth Development & Implementation: Work on new growth initiatives and accompany the operational implementation
Process Automation: automate and scale existing business processes using Low-Code / No-Code Tools
Project Management: Take end-to-end responsibility for projects
Operational Support: Support in coordinating with other departments and carrying out processes in day-to-day business

Anforderungen

Availability for at least three months starting in March
Strong academic performance: degree or ongoing studies at a top university with above-average grades (e.g., in the top percentile of the class), especially in relevant subjects (economics, finance, engineering, etc.)
Experience at leading companies: internships or initial work experience at top-tier companies in areas such as High-Growth Start-ups, Management Consulting, Private Equity, Banking
Pronounced analytical skills: talent for data analysis and problem-solving, with the ability to develop well-founded strategic recommendations
Technology affinity: quick comprehension in dealing with new technologies and tools, especially No-Code/Low-Code platforms, and the ability to use them efficiently for optimizing processes and projects
Performance-oriented work style: high demands on one's own work, with a proven track record of excellent results, even under high pressure
Communication strength: convincing presence and the ability to present complex matters precisely and understandably to various stakeholders
Proactive initiative: high motivation to take responsibility and independently advance projects
Team player with adaptability: high social competence, with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
Entrepreneurial mindset: enthusiasm for growth topics and the willingness to develop innovative solutions in a high-performance environment
Language skills: German C2
