Responsibilities include construction and maintenance of the rail network, performing maintenance tasks on tracks and switches, as well as handling small machines and tools related to rail construction. Verantwortlichkeiten:

Responsible for the construction and maintenance of rail networks and facilities
Perform maintenance work on track systems (e.g., rails, sleepers, rail bed)
Replace damaged tracks and switches
Renew track bedding
Confident use of small machines, devices, and tools relevant to track construction

Anforderungen:

Successfully completed your training as a Gleisbaufacharbeiter:in / Tiefbaufacharbeiter:in
Open to career changers with commercial-technical training
Willingness to undergo various qualification measures
Comfortable working outdoors and with short-term assignments on weekends and at night
High degree of responsibility, reliability, resilience, and teamwork
Valid driver’s license (Class B)
