Jobbeschreibung:

Qualification program to become a track builder with training in theoretical and practical knowledge of track construction. As a track builder, you ensure the modernization and maintenance of DB's infrastructure while working in a team.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Maintenance and renewal of railway network
Maintenance, conversion and repair work on track systems (replacement of rails, switches, sleepers, track bed)
Elimination of damage to tracks
Working on changing construction sites, outdoors and mostly at night
Completion of internal qualification program and regular training

Anforderungen:

Successfully completed apprenticeship as specialist in civil engineering/steel construction/concrete construction, as mason, metalworker or comparable profession
Alternatively relevant professional experience in construction industry
Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays
Enjoy working outdoors
Enjoy physically demanding work
Team player
Willingness to learn and adapt to new work environments
Valid Class B driver's license
