Jobbeschreibung:

Three-year vocational training to become a track construction worker (Gleisbauer) starting August 15, 2025. The training includes theoretical courses in Magdeburg and practical sessions in Königsborn. The role involves outdoor work on rail infrastructure repair, maintenance, and construction.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

You will be part of a team working on construction sites outdoors along rail tracks
Together, you will lay tracks and switches, check tracks for defects, and replace damaged parts
Renew stones and gravel under the tracks with the help of modern machines
Take care to measure precisely so that train rides are stable
After your training, you will be a critical part of the team ensuring passengers reach their destinations safely and comfortably

Anforderungen:

You have (soon) successfully completed school and hold a school certificate recognized in Germany
Work in an office is not for you - you prefer working outside
You are committed and reliable
You enjoy teamwork and are willing to get involved
Different work locations and work times, including night shifts, are a welcome change for you
