Jobbeschreibung:

3-year apprenticeship as a railway track builder with DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH in the track sector in Munich. Vocational school and training workshop located in Augsburg. Working outdoors on construction sites laying new rails, checking for damage, and maintaining railway infrastructure.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Work with team outdoors on construction sites
Lay new rails and switches
Check for damage and replace broken parts
Renew ballast under tracks using modern machinery
Learn paving, masonry, digging trenches, and laying pipes in manholes
Ensure accurate measurements for smooth and safe train operation

Anforderungen:

School completion with recognized German diploma
German language skills at minimum B2 level
Willingness to work outdoors
Motivation and reliability
Enjoyment of teamwork
Willingness to work at different locations, different hours, and night shifts
Medical fitness examination as part of selection process
