The apprenticeship as a Gleisbauer:in / Tiefbaufacharbeiter:in (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG in Erfurt involves working on railway construction sites, laying new tracks, and ensuring the safety and reliability of train operations. The training includes both practical work and theoretical education in Magdeburg.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Work with the team on construction sites
lay new rails and switches
check for damages and replace broken parts
renew ballast under the tracks
ensure measurements are accurate for safe train operation

Anforderungen:

School completion with recognized diploma in Germany
German language proficiency at least B2 level
willingness to work outdoors
motivated and reliable
enjoys teamwork
comfortable with varying work locations, hours, and night shifts
