Aschaffenburg, Deutschland Startdatum: 1. September 2025 DB InfraGO AG Betrieb & Instandhaltung Vollzeit (Unbefristet) Job-Ref.: 330010 + 1 Zum 1. September 2025 suchen wir dich für die 3-jährige Ausbildung zum:zur Gleisbauer:in / Tiefbaufacharbeiter:in (w/m/d) für die DB InfraGO AG am Standort Aschaffenburg. In den Praxisphasen unterstützt du dein Team am Stützpunkt in Aschaffenburg. Ergänzend dazu besuchst du die Berufsschule BBS Technik II in Ludwigshafen und unsere Ausbildungswerkstätten (1. Lehrjahr in Frankfurt, 2. und 3. Lehrjahr ebenfalls in Ludwigshafen). Die Theoriephasen finden in Blockform statt. Für die Anreise erhältst du kostenlose Firmenreise-Fahrkarten und bei Bedarf ein Schüler-Hessenticket. Falls notwendig, kümmern wir uns auch um eine Unterkunft. Ergänzend finden einige Trainings und Seminare digital bzw. online statt. Als Gleisbauer:in hast du wechselnden Arbeitszeiten. Nacht- und Wochenendschichten erwarten dich aber erst nach der Ausbildung.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

With your team, you are out on construction sites working on our tracks
Together you lay tracks and switches, check our rails for faults and replace damaged parts
You renew ballast, sleepers and rails - modern machines make your work easier
To ensure that the train ride is not too bumpy, you always make sure to stick to the exact measurements
After your training, you are an indispensable part of the team and are responsible every day for ensuring that all passengers reach their destination safely and smoothly

Anforderungen:

You have (soon) successfully completed school and have a recognized school-leaving certificate in Germany
Office work is not for you – you prefer to work outdoors
You enjoy teamwork and like to lend a hand
Different work locations and working hours as well as night shifts are a welcome change for you
