Jobbeschreibung:

3-year apprenticeship as a Gleisbauer:in / Tiefbaufacharbeiter:in (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG in Leipzig. The vocational school is located in Magdeburg, and the training workshop is in Königsborn. Accommodation in Magdeburg is provided for the first two years under certain conditions.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Work with the team on construction sites laying new rails and switches
Inspect and replace damaged parts
Renew ballast under the tracks using modern machines
Ensure accurate measurements for safe train operation

Anforderungen:

School completion with a recognized diploma in Germany
German language proficiency at least B2 level
Willingness to work outdoors
Motivation and reliability
Enjoyment of teamwork
Willingness to work at different locations and times, including night shifts
