The apprenticeship as a Gleisbauer:in involves working outdoors on construction sites, participating in the construction and renovation of railway tracks and switches, and ensuring the safety and smooth operation of train services. The training lasts for 3 years and includes both practical work and theoretical education in Berlin.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Work on construction sites with the team
participate in the construction and renovation of tracks and switches
renew stones and gravel layers under the tracks
ensure accurate measurements for safe train operation

Anforderungen:

School completion with a recognized diploma in Germany
German language proficiency at least B2 level
willingness to work outdoors
motivated and reliable
enjoys teamwork
comfortable with varying work locations, schedules, and night shifts
