Jobbeschreibung:

3-year apprenticeship as a Gleisbauer:in (track builder) starting on September 1, 2026. The apprenticeship includes practical work at construction sites in Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen or Heilbronn and block-wise vocational school and workshop training in Ludwigshafen (Rhein). Free accommodation and travel costs for weekends home are provided.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Work with the team on construction sites
lay new rails and switches
inspect and replace damaged parts
renew ballast under the rails
ensure accurate measurements for safe train operation

Anforderungen:

School diploma recognized in Germany
German language skills at least B2 level
willingness to work outdoors
motivated and reliable
enjoys teamwork
comfortable with varying work locations, shifts, and night shifts
