Gleisbauer:in

• Conducting inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of railway infrastructure
• Managing budgets and ensuring adherence to central guidelines
• Supervising quality and resource management
• Providing technical leadership within the team
• Training and mentoring apprentices and staff
• Ensuring safety in operations and adherence to environmental standards
• Carrying out maintenance and monitoring of tools, devices, fire extinguishers, and other safety equipment

• Completed vocational training as Gleisbauer:in or qualification as Weichenmechaniker:in
• Ideally, several years of experience in the maintenance of railway infrastructure
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and participate in on-call duty
• High degree of customer orientation
• Ability to take on responsibility, display initiative, and work autonomously
• Strong interpersonal skills combined with motivational and diplomatic qualities
• Class B driver’s license
