Du willst draußen anpacken statt drinnen zu sitzen und dich faszinieren Züge und Technik - dann ist die Ausbildung als Gleisbauer:in genau das Richtige für dich! Zum 31.08.2026 suchen wir dich für die 3-jährige Ausbildung zum:zur Gleisbauer:in / Tiefbaufacharbeiter:in (w/m/d) für die DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH am Standort Stuttgart. Die Berufsschule und die Ausbildungswerkstatt liegt in Augsburg. Dir wird in Augsburg ein modernes Wohnheim mit anderen Azubis von der DB gestellt.

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Du arbeitest mit deinem Team draußen auf den Baustellen an unseren Gleisen
  • Gemeinsam verlegt ihr neue Schienen und Weichen, kontrolliert alles auf Schäden und tauscht kaputte Teile aus
  • Mit Hilfe von modernen Maschinen erneuert ihr den Schotter unter den Gleisen
  • Ihr achtet genau darauf, dass alle Maße stimmen – damit die Züge später ruhig und sicher fahren

Anforderungen

  • Du hast die Schule (bald) erfolgreich beendet und dein Schulabschluss ist in Deutschland anerkannt
  • Deine Deutschkenntnisse entsprechen mindestens dem B2-Sprachniveau
  • Am Schreibtisch sitzen ist nichts für dich – du möchtest lieber draußen arbeiten
  • Du bist motiviert und zuverlässig
  • Teamarbeit macht dir Spaß und du packst gern mit an
  • Unterschiedliche Arbeitsorte und Arbeitszeiten sowie Nachtschichten sind für dich eine willkommene Abwechslung
