Jobbeschreibung:

3-year apprenticeship as a track builder / civil engineering worker (m/f/d) for DB InfraGO AG in Ingolstadt. Vocational school and training workshop are located in Augsburg. After successful completion of the apprenticeship, there is the opportunity for further qualification as a track mechanic and optionally as an IHK master in track construction.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Laying tracks and switches
Checking rails for faults and replacing damaged parts
Renewing stones and gravel layers under the tracks
Ensuring precise measurements for smooth train rides

Anforderungen:

Successful completion of school with a recognized German school-leaving certificate
Willingness to work outdoors
Engagement and reliability
Enjoyment of teamwork and physical work
Flexibility with different work locations, working hours, and night shifts
