The 3-year apprenticeship as a Gleisbauer:in / Tiefbaufacharbeiter:in involves working outdoors on construction sites maintaining and repairing rail systems, with vocational school and training workshop located in Nürnberg.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Work on construction sites maintaining and repairing rail and switch systems
Excavate trenches, lay pipes in canal shafts, perform paving and masonry work
Ensure accurate measurements for safe train operation
Start and end workday at the regional base in Plattling

Anforderungen:

School completion with a recognized diploma in Germany
German language proficiency at least B2 level
Willingness to work outdoors
Motivation and reliability
Enjoyment of teamwork
Willingness to work at different locations and shifts, including night shifts
