Job Description for Fulfilment Operations Team Leader at IKEA Salzburg, responsible for logistics and team leadership in a dynamic retail environment.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Implement logistics actions from the business plan
Support talent development in the Goods Flow Team
Ensure compliance with IKEA code of conduct and local legislation
Ensure efficient daily workflows and inventory management
Promote IKEA values and culture

Anforderungen:

Experience in retail and logistics
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
Ability to communicate clearly and build trust
Ability to manage high volumes and a dynamic retail environment
Forklift license preferred
Proficiency in German and English
