Jobbeschreibung:

Our Fulfillment Operations department secures and delivers peak performance in end-to-end business within a unit, including inbound, goods supply, picking and service execution. We are the team behind the scenes that makes IKEA goods accessible to the many people.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Securing efficiency, implementation of improvements, new processes, technologies and working methods throughout the fulfillment process
Ensuring close cooperation and intensive communication with Fulfilment Integration Team and key stakeholders
Ensuring compliance with IKEA Code of Conduct, standard work instructions, internal regulations and local health and safety legislation
Responsible for leadership, coaching, development and inspiration of a high-performing Fulfilment Operations team
Implementation of Customer Fulfilment Sustainability Agenda

Anforderungen:

Good knowledge of Customer Fulfilment performance, monitoring and influencing factors
Good knowledge of working methods to ensure excellence in fulfillment operations processes with relevant stakeholders
Previous experience with strong leadership qualities and initiative to coach different teams
Very good knowledge of all relevant standard operating procedures for Customer Fulfilment to ensure safety of all employees and customers
Good knowledge of resource planning according to potential sales scenarios, forecasts and allocation of fulfillment flows
Fluent German and English language skills in spoken and written

Ability to manage high volume and vibrant retail business in fast-changing omnichannel environment
Passion for leading business through people and belief in individual development potential
Striving to deliver customer needs and excellence in fast-paced supply chain environment
