Jobbeschreibung:

We are looking for a dedicated Fulfilment Operations Coordinator to support our team and ensure a seamless customer experience. The role involves planning, leading, and executing tasks in the fulfillment area, monitoring daily processes, and ensuring a safe and organized environment. The candidate should be physically resilient, have relevant experience in logistics or retail, and be fluent in German.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Support in planning, leading, and executing tasks in your area to ensure customer satisfaction through timely fulfillment
Monitoring daily processes in your area of responsibility, identifying improvement potential, and ensuring adherence to daily routines
Ensuring a clean, organized, and safe environment within the fulfillment/logistics unit
Ensuring compliance with all safety requirements and standard operating instructions
Good knowledge and understanding of Key Performance Indicators and their importance for business success
Promoting positive collaboration with your team through open-mindedness, open communication, and a friendly manner

Anforderungen:

Experience and proven performance in the logistics industry and/or retail
Constantly learning and looking for opportunities to renew and improve processes
Ability to make decisions and work independently within given frameworks
Competence in relevant IT systems, solutions, and tools
Fluent in German and ideally good English skills
Physically resilient and capable of performing physically demanding tasks
Ideally possess a forklift license
Willingness to work alternating early shifts (5h-14h) and late shifts (12.30-21.30h MO-SA)
