The Freiwilliges Soziales Jahr (FSJ) program allows young people between 16 and 26 years of age to gain practical experience in the healthcare sector, engage in meaningful social activities, and explore careers in nursing or medical fields. Participants will work in a hospital setting, supporting patient care and operations while receiving support, guidance, and insights into the diverse roles within healthcare.
