Jobbeschreibung:

Flight attendant position at TUI for positive and engaged personalities passionate about travel and excellent customer service. Role focuses on safety, exceptional guest experiences, and working as part of a team to make every flight special.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Ensure exceptional customer experiences with 'Sales through Service' mentality
Bring guests to their destination with a smile
Prioritize guest safety by implementing safety, first aid and service processes responsibly
Communicate clearly, empathetically and professionally
Work in teams to achieve strong results and make each flight a special experience
Remain calm and solution-oriented during schedule changes, new technologies or unexpected situations onboard

Anforderungen:

Be at least 18 years old by 31.01.2026
Reach a total body height of 1.89 m including arm length (standing flat on the floor, without shoes)
Able to perform all prescribed duties, including sitting in an aircraft jumpseat and fastening the seat belt completely
Able to swim at least 25 meters
Willing to undergo psychoactive tests and medical examination for cabin crew during entire employment
German and English proficiency at CEFR B2 or ILR L3 level
Able to work shifts in a 24/7 flight program and be at base in uniform within 60 minutes
Possess valid passport with 6 months validity allowing unrestricted travel from/to Germany to all TUI fly destinations
Successfully pass security screening with positive results
Provide proof of required vaccinations according to company and government guidelines
