Floor Supervisor

• Inspection of guest rooms and other areas after cleaning
• Passing on and monitoring repair orders
• Reordering guest supplies and laundry needs
• Ensuring guest satisfaction through personal effort and supervision of staff
• Supporting annual linen and uniform inventories
• Conducting control rounds throughout the hotel
• Daily checking of out-of-order rooms

• Passionate about hospitality with organizational talent
• Experience in a similar position
• Hotel industry training or comparable education
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
