  • Zentrale Rolle bei der Steuerung täglicher Finanzprozesse an unserem Standort in Bremerhaven
  • Bindeglied zwischen der operativen Logistik und den zentralen Finanzabteilungen

Anforderungen

  • Berufserfahrung in der operativen Verwaltung oder im Kundenservice
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket, insbesondere fundierte Excel-Anwendung
  • Fundierte Anwenderkenntnisse im ERP-System SAP
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Strukturierte und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise bei hohem Datenaufkommen
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit und effektives Zeitmanagement

  • Coordinate multiple international projects simultaneously within a matrix organisation
  • Develop and implement sourcing, supplier and commodity strategies
  • Lead supplier selection processes, RFQs and commercial negotiations
  • Build resilient and sustainable supply chains for critical components
  • Manage supplier performance, development initiatives and risk mitigation activities
  • Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, Logistics, Finance and Legal teams

  • Strong working knowledge of portfolio and delivery tools such as Jira Advanced Roadmaps, Jira Align, ServiceNow SPM, Aha!, Asana, Linear, Productboard, Smartsheet, or similar
  • Fluent in English and communicate with precision, clarity, and confidence in writing and speaking
  • You bring 8+ years of experience in technical portfolio management, technical program management, enterprise portfolio management, product operations, strategy & operations, or a related role in a complex technology environment such as e-commerce, marketplaces, SaaS, cloud platforms, infrastructure, retail media, fintech, or large-scale digital products
  • You have managed portfolios across multiple engineering teams, product domains, or business units, and have operated directly with senior technology leaders
