Are you ready to kick-start your career in sales, take on responsibility, and actively shape markets? For our customer segments – SHK specialist trade, technical insulation, building materials trade, OEM, and the packaging industry – we are looking for motivated junior talents (m/f/d) who are willing to travel regularly and provide direct on-site customer support. You will work independently on exciting projects across the D-A-CH region or the BeNeLux area and actively contribute to expanding our market presence – with clear development prospects in an international, innovation-driven environment.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Support and develop existing customers in SHK specialist trade, technical insulation, and building materials trade
Expand market share through active acquisition of new customers
Present and introduce new products to clients
Provide strategic advice and work closely with wholesalers and partners
Conduct regular market monitoring, identify opportunities and trends, and implement sales strategies

Anforderungen:

Completed training and/or experience in sales is an advantage
Willingness to travel frequently and stay overnight
Technical understanding in insulation or building services
Strong communication skills, enjoyment of customer interaction, professional and confident appearance
Initiative and the courage to drive projects forward and explore new approaches
Resilience, team spirit, and a high level of motivation
