Jobbeschreibung:

The job involves planning and scheduling for transport services, including creating schedules, determining routes, and managing operational deviations. The role also includes customer information and contractor management.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

create documents (schedules, driver cards, etc.) for the practical implementation of transport services
determine locations, timetables, stop locations and their routes and record them in the system
further develop network, line and timetable planning
plan traffic and operational deviations and inform/involve employees and relevant specialist departments
responsible for informing and briefing customer groups such as bus school and information to task carriers, school cost carriers and schools
operate operational contractor management and compare contract requirements with actual/real conditions
conduct counts and surveys
determine performance data and create statistics

Anforderungen:

successfully completed commercial vocational training in transport or comparable qualification
operational and technical knowledge in a transport company
high level of teamwork, assertiveness, resilience, and stress resistance
proficient in standard IT applications such as MS Office, desirable knowledge in IVU.Plan
convincing appearance and structured way of working
very good German language skills in spoken and written
valid class B driver's license, class D is an advantage
