The job involves planning and conducting inspections for maintenance in the track superstructure area, analyzing operational restrictions, and organizing countermeasures. The role includes responsibility for installations, prioritizing defects, and participating in construction site planning. Verantwortlichkeiten:

planning and carrying out inspections for maintenance in the area of track superstructure
analyzing possible operational restrictions during the construction phase and organizing countermeasures
conducting inspections, evaluating and documenting results, and initiating follow-up measures
prioritizing defects and participating in the planning process for construction sites
creating evaluations in software applications and ensuring data maintenance
participating in analyses of disruptions and operational impacts
qualifying for disciplinary and technical leadership of employees

Anforderungen:

successfully completed training/further education as Werkmeister:in, Industriemeister:in, Fahrbahnmechaniker:in or IHK-Meister:in in the field of track construction
willingness to qualify as Bezirksleiter:in
reliable, solution-oriented, and willing to shape
communication skills, organizational talent, and confident appearance
valid driver's license
fluent German (at least level C1)
suitability for working in the track area must be verified by the company doctor before starting employment
