• responsible for proper, professional and timely execution of orders in the maintenance of the track superstructure (inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair)
• ensuring that the infrastructure facilities in the track superstructure are available in accordance with requirements so that safe, punctual and economical operation is possible
• working in the maintenance team and taking on technical leadership
• accompanying construction measures and carrying out work in the area of vegetation (e.g. pruning) as well as winter service
• participating in technical on-call duty

• successfully completed training/further education as Werkmeister:in, Fahrbahnmechaniker:in or IHK-Meister:in in the field of track construction
• experience in inspection, maintenance and troubleshooting in the field of track superstructure
• familiarity with technical systems and common software (e.g. MS Office)
• knowledge of SAP R/3 is an advantage
• goal-oriented way of working

• willingness to learn

• willingness to work shifts (night, weekend and public holiday work) and to work outdoors
• valid class B driving license
