• responsible for proper, professional, and timely execution of maintenance orders in the track superstructure (inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair)
• ensuring infrastructure facilities in the track superstructure are available as required for safe, punctual, and economical operations
• working in a maintenance team and taking on technical leadership
• accompanying construction measures and performing vegetation work (e.g., pruning) and winter service
• participating in technical on-call duty

• successfully completed training/further education as a track master, track mechanic, or IHK master in the field of track construction with experience in inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting in the track superstructure
• alternatively, completed vocational-technical training (e.g., mason, structural mechanic, craftsman) with willingness to qualify as a track master
• familiarity with technical systems and common software (e.g., MS Office), knowledge of SAP R/3 is an advantage
• goal-oriented work approach, high sense of responsibility, willingness to learn, and teamwork
• readiness for shift work (night, weekend, and holiday work) and outdoor work
• valid Class B driver's license
