As a Facility Manager, you are responsible for the strategic building management of the IKEA Wien Nord store. You coordinate maintenance, organize services, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. You lead a team and collaborate with external service providers to maintain a sustainable, safe, clean, and functional environment for employees and customers.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Strategic building management
Coordination of planning, budgeting, execution, and control of maintenance
Organization of tenders and control of services
Planning measures to ensure safety and quality standards
Collaboration with external FM service providers
Compliance with laws and regulations
Provision of building services for the entire store

Anforderungen:

Experience in a Multiservice-FM-Organization
Experience in project management and planning & execution of operating and investment budgets
Good organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in English and German
Familiarity with MS-Office tools and Facility Management software systems
Advantageous: car driving license and safety training
